Orion Fletcher – Lead Tuner, Owner
Owner and Lead Tuner. Orion began this business with one goal in mind. This was to build a community, to give and receive support from local businesses and friends to build something that money and resources can’t replace.
Nathan Welch – Meda Collaborator, Partner, Team Leader
Nathan has joined our team as more than just a member. He brings innovation, motorsport/rally experience, race build application, and leadership to a team that was built from the community for the community.

Where Over Powered Performance Started?
We began as Orion Mapping LLC in 2022 working strictly with Ford Diagnostics and Computer Calibrations.
The Turning Point
2023 Orion Mapping Rebranded into Over Powered Performance LLC after studying virtual and practical application on custom ecu calibrations with HP Academy.
The community.
Over Powered Performance met Misfits Motorsports and the family grew bigger. Over Powered Performance became involved in custom race builds, and the art of motorsports such as Rally, and Circle Track.
